Weathertuff, LLC. is a new company excited to offer a new way of working to its employees.  We are looking for qualified applicants that are eager to learn. We will train in all aspects of the roofing industry; safety, installation, crew management, production management, and general management.

The goal is to promote from within, promoting growth for employee’s and providing you with a knowledgeable skill base for the home improvement industry. This is a work culture based on safety, hard work, best practices, and professionalism.

If this sounds like it’s for you, you will need a couple of entry-level qualifications;

• Lift 90 lbs. repetitively

• Work Monday – Friday

• 10 hours a day

• Be able to follow instructions

• Pass the safety standards tests

• Have or are capable of getting the MDOT medical card

• Valid drivers license

• Must be able to work heights
